  • Production Oversight: Lead the production and logistical planning and execution process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of our electronic products at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing partners to streamline the production process and optimize product quality.
  • Product Development Integration: Leverage your understanding of the entire product development lifecycle to seamlessly integrate production requirements into the design and development phases.

Who?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in product management or manufacturing operations within the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of mass production processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in bringing products from concept to mass production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles and testing methodologies, with a commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations.
